Pricing:
All pricing is based on pillow quantity per order and includes your custom imprint, permanent marker (as indicated), and individual packaging in vented poly bags. Please contact a representative for pricing and quantity breaks.

Warehousing and shipping:
We offer free warehousing of your pillows for one year free of charge. This allows you to estimate your annual usage and order your pillows in larger quantities at a lower cost without the inconvenience of storage. We can ship your pillows all at once, as needed, or we can set up a shipping schedule to accommodate your needs. Standard shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. All pillows are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Unused pillows or contracts cancelled after production may be subject to a restocking fee.

Setup Charges and pre-production samples:
There is a one-time $45.00 set-up charge for your custom imprint on new orders and on reorders with artwork changes. A paper or email proof will be provided on all new art at no cost. All artwork must be approved in writing before production. There is a $25.00 charge for your custom pre-production sample pillow (in addition to setup charges).

Artwork Guidelines:
We accept electronic art files for Mac or PC computers. Current graphics applications supported are: Illustrator 10, FreeHand 9, and CorelDraw files saved as .AI. All file types are vector graphic Files- .EPS, .AI, .FH9. Please send all files in vector format with fonts converted to outlines. The applications are listed in order of preference. Also, we ask that you fax or email a layout of your artwork to your sales representative at 800-348-1252 for reference.


Please note: Microsoft Word®, PowerPoint®, or Excel® files with placed or linked images cannot be used. Supported art files may be e-mailed as an attachment to: pillowart@shumsky.com You may also send your files on CD-ROM. Compressed files should be sent using Stuffit (.sit or .sea) for the Mac or WinZip (.zip) for the PC.
